Allowing What You Want

This week, I'd like to focus on the benefits of
allowing what you want. I've recently noticed that
I've become clearer on what I want- and now, I see
that the next step is to start the process of making
changes that are in line with this new level of
insight and understanding.

What this has meant, for me, is some big shifts
in the structure and boundaries of my coaching
business. I've decided to change my schedule,
raise my fees, and to focus on some new, exciting
marketing ideas. I've also decided to start writing
my next book, and to spend more time in training,
teaching, and consulting. (Yes, I was definitely
overdue for some changes!)

I share this with you today because I think that,
after you get clear on what you want, you owe it
to yourself, your loved ones, and your clients,
business partners- colleagues- to take action
that accepts and allows what you want to be born.
In the past, I would have spent a lot of time
worrying about who I might upset, or who might
not like me, or how these changes would impact
everyone else- and, then, I'd spend so much
time worrying about this, that I sometimes
found it impossible to act.

What I had to hear, over and over again, is that
the changes I wanted to make might actually
benefit me, AND those around me- that it wasn't
necessarily a "given" that all my changes would
upset others. What's really funny is that they
haven't. My clients have responded positively
to the changes, and our coaching has gotten more
focused and effective. I feel happier and am
more enthusiastic. I am thrilled about all
the new possibilities opening up, and feel
free to act on them- because I finally
decided to allow into my life all that I
really want.

This month, I invite you to consider what you
really want- and how you could take action
to allow it in. Even small changes can lead
to BIG results.
